BMDIF Breakfast a roaring success!
Over 70 industry representatives attended the Biotechnology and Medical Devices Industry Forum breakfast at the State Library of Queensland on Wednesday, 21st April. The morning provided the opportunity to hear up-to-the-minute commentary on key areas of interest currently impacting the sector, including changes to research and development tax credits, the current commercialisation environment and the federal health and hospital reform.
Speakers included Commercialisation Australia Board Member Dr Susan Pond AM, Ramanie Naidoo, Executive Director of Research and Development at Ernst & Young, and Sean Lowry from the National Health Reform Project, Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
